Returns

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you have received a damaged parcel or received the incorrect items, please read below.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at mytokyoeyes@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged parcel or items, as well as your full name and order number, so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

Customers with Cat Allergies

Please be aware that My Tokyo Eyes LLC operates out of a pet friendly home. Although all pets are kept out of the office, there are cats in the same building as our workspace. We make sure to sanitize when working on customer orders, but if you are severely allergic to cats, you may choose to not shop with us. In the case of an allergic reaction as a result of ordering our products, you are agreeing that My Tokyo Eyes LLC will not be held legally responsible in any way.
